  About the Role

  We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1+ year of experience in product sales. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals through platforms like IndiaMART, WorkIndia, and other B2B lead generation channels. The candidate should also have experience in field marketing, exhibitions, and business expos while managing both domestic and international clients.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Generate quality leads through IndiaMART, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calling, and other B2B platforms.
  • Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and payment collection.
  • Convert inbound and outbound inquiries into paying customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities in Indian and international markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and renewals.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, business expos, networking events, and field marketing activities to generate new business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy conversion ratio.
  • Coordinate with the technical and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and customer follow-up activities.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and share market insights with the management team.

  Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Product Sales, or SaaS Sales.
  • Strong experience with IndiaMART, WorkIndia, and B2B lead generation.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Experience in selling software products, SaaS products, or digital solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international markets.
  • Experience in field marketing, client meetings, and expo participation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  Technical & AI Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity AI, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity, sales research, proposal writing, and customer communication.
  • Good understanding of digital business solutions and software products.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT Product, SaaS, ERP, CRM, WhatsApp API, or Software Sales will be an added advantage.
