SORTO is an AI-powered wardrobe intelligence platform that helps users organize their clothing and understand their personal style.
Users digitize their wardrobe, analyze patterns in what they wear and receive personalized outfit insights in a clean, simple interface. Rather than pushing more shopping, SORTO helps people make better use of what they already own.
By combining AI with behavioral insights, it turns wardrobe organization into a journey of self-discovery and supports confident, mindful fashion decisions.
The challenge

Most people want a better sense of style but do not fully understand what they own or what suits them. Wardrobes fill with unused items, which leads to confusion, overbuying and decision fatigue. The project had four questions to answer.

Our approach
From concept to closet
From concept to deployment, each stage was designed around an intelligent wardrobe experience.
Step 1: Conceptualization
Defined the product as a wardrobe intelligence and style discovery ecosystem, mapped the key journeys (wardrobe upload, outfit building and style analysis) and structured the core modules: wardrobe management, AI insights and recommendations.
Step 2: Design
Created a clean, minimal interface for organizing a wardrobe, turned complex style data into visual insights and designed engaging elements for outfit suggestions and style tracking.
Step 3: Development
Built AI image recognition for clothing categorization and tagging, a recommendation engine based on wardrobe data and behavior, outfit suggestions, usage tracking and preference insights, with AI models that keep improving personalization.
Step 4: Deployment
Deployed on scalable cloud infrastructure, optimized image processing and real-time insights, and added monitoring for performance and user engagement.
