XcelABLE is a health and performance management platform that streamlines employee health evaluations, compliance workflows and certification through a secure, structured digital ecosystem.
Users complete onboarding, submit medical questionnaires, capture biometric data and take performance tests in one app. Employees, employers, patients and providers each get a role-based experience.
Integrations with Presage for biometrics, Performance 360 testing modules and HIPAA-compliant data handling keep assessments safe and accurate. The system is built around medical safety, secure data and informed decisions without compromising privacy.
The challenge
Fragmented records, real risk
Organizations need efficient, secure ways to manage employee health and compliance, but most systems are fragmented, manual and hard to navigate, with little real-time tracking and real privacy concerns. The core question was how to give employees, employers, patients and providers a smooth onboarding experience.

How we built it
Four stages to clearance
We delivered the platform in four stages, then solved five specific engineering problems.
Stage 01
Conceptualization
Defined a multi-role health and performance ecosystem, mapped the key journeys (onboarding, questionnaires, biometric capture, testing, certification) and structured the core modules.
Stage 02
Design
Created a clean interface with role-based entry points, turned complex medical workflows into guided steps and designed clear STOP page alerts.
Stage 03
Development
Built secure authentication and role-based access, Presage biometric capture, questionnaire modules, Performance 360 testing, STOP page logic, real-time notifications and secure data transfer to the backend.
Stage 04
Deployment
Deployed on secure, scalable cloud infrastructure with HIPAA-compliant storage and transmission, tuned for real-time workflows and monitored for performance and compliance.
